Warranty Agreement

Supplier should ensure the product’s quality and performance fully comply with the contract. Warranty:500hours/3,000hours
 or 2 months/12 months since date of accepting the goods. the earlier one is the end.

Quality guarantee clause:

A.   Supplier should offer free replacement if there’s quality problem with product within 500 hours or 2 months, at the same
time Buyer provides Supplier with documentation substantiating such Nonconforming Product.

B.   Supplier should replace or refund based on the ratio of the bad product within 500-3,000 hours or 2-12 months, at the
same time Buyer provides Supplier with documentation substantiating such Nonconforming Product.

The calculation method of ratio is the following relation.

(3,000 hours- Actual working hours)/3,000hours

Or

(12 months- Actual months)/12 months

C.   Supplier doesn’t guarantee if the quality problem caused by Buyer’s incorrect use.
